Is there such a thing as respecting a woman too much? In my life I have known a few women who I have been afraid to touch. I have known women who I have placed way above sex. It wasnโ€™t until I was very set in my manhood that I was able to accept the fact that sometimes conversation is enough. Sometimes a look can be enough, or a smile, or a walk, or a drop of her own perspiration beading up in the middle of her dark cleavage.

It doesnโ€™t happen very often but every now and again I can find contentment in restraint. Sometimes it feels good to be chosen and I cherish the fact that I know I can so I never do. I hope she understands.

  1. I remember you from oaklandlocal.com which I read quite often during the Oscar Grant trial. I remembered one of your posts and I looked for it recently and found your blog. So I read some of your posts yesterday. I like your post about Trayvon Martin, “Lost in the Details.” I’m wondering why you haven’t written more.

It’s good that you’re still writing on your blog and didn’t give it up. You never know who is reading…

    • This is so true. Well I’m glad that you’ve followed my paper trail. I feel quite honored and yes I will try to write more. Thanks ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. If only more men thought like you ๐Ÿ™‚
